Where are the Bougainvillea Condominiums located?

The Bougainvillea Condominiums are located in the Costa Rican province of Guanacaste on the northwestern Pacific coast.  The condos are located on the Paradisus Playa Conchal property and the resort is located between the towns of Flamingo to the north and Tamarindo to the south.

What is the closest international airport?

Liberia International Airport is located inland about 45 minutes drive from the condo.  Major carriers such as Delta, American, and Continental have direct flights into Liberia from the US mainland.

Would I need a car when I get there?

Not really.  Arrangements can be made with the Paradisus Playa Conchal resort for shuttle pickup and drop-off to and from the airport.  Once at the resort, there is no need to ever need a car as the resort features 10 restaurants and bars and an all-inclusive package.  However, if you opt out of the all-inclusive, I do recommend that you either rent a car at the resort to frequent some of the local restaurants.  Taxis are also available from the resort lobby.

Do we have full access to the Paradisus Playa Conchal resort?

Yes!  The resort is yours to enjoy.  The beauty of the Bougainvillea Condos is that you have full access to the resort and it's amenities including beach access, pool, restaurants.  If you opt for the all-inclusive package from the hotel, you have additional services offered to all-inclusive guests.  i.e.  All you can eat/drink at any of the 10 restaurants and snack bars and other activities the hotel has to offer.

Yes, just check in with the tour operator located by the golf shop.

Do I need to bring my own linens, towels, toiletries, etc

I provide you with all the linens, bedding, towels (both bathroom and beach), utensils, pots & pans.  However, you would need to bring your own shampoo, soap, toilette paper.  These items can also be purchased at the nearby convenience store.  The maid service does not provide those items to the guests.

Do you offer maid service and how much is it?

Yes.  The fee for maid service is $20 per visit.  You can arrange for maid service with the property management office.

How do I get the keys to the unit?

The keys, and a welcome packet, will both be waiting for you at the hotel front lobby. Just let them know you are checking into the condos.  Upon arrival at the front gate, simply inform the gate guard that you are guests of the condominiums and that you are checking in. They will then guide you to the hotel front lobby. As you drive down the beautiful parkway, you will actually see the condominiums to your immediate right.
